Nailboard (Set of 3)

Nail boards are a fun way to strengthen your little one’s hands! This activity can be done in a structured manner or just used in free play. Children can use different colours and size elastic bands to build patterns.

While playing around on the board, they learn about different lines (horizontal, vertical and diagonal), shapes and sizes (they will quickly realise a smaller elastic band can’t stretch as far as a bigger one). Kids can use these nail boards to copy three-dimensional pictures where you build an example, and your child copies the same picture on the nail board. Kids can also copy from two-dimensional to three-dimensional using the pattern card.

These nail boards are great for developing their visual perception, especially spatial relations. Spatial relations are critical to limit reversal when writing letters and numbers.
